After graduating law school, Ms. Rinck was recruited by her alma mater to teach law school students in intellectual property/trademark prosecution in a United States Patent and Trademark Office Law School Trademark Clinic. Ms. Rinck was then recruited by a Florida insurance litigation firm to handle Category 5 Hurricane Michael claims.
Ms. Rinck has helped insureds recover millions of dollars in hurricane insurance claims. She strives to interact professionally, and ethically with both the Insurance Carriers and the Property Owners for a positive resolution on both sides.
In furtherance in helping Property Owners with their loss claims, Ms. Rinck is a Certified Florida Circuit Court Mediator, Insurance Appraiser (different than an adjuster), and Insurance Umpire. Ms. Rinck is also a Certified North Carolina Mediator.
In addition to helping Property Owners with their insurance loss claims, Ms. Rinck helps Property Owners when their contractor breaches their contract as it pertains to the Property Owner's construction rebuild.

Later, Ms. Rinck created legal and public records related training thereby, training attorneys, the IRS, and the Big Accounting firms on how to do in-depth legal, fraud, and public records research.
Before becoming a licensed attorney, Ms. Rinck was a serial entrepreneur and remains greatly involved in the business community.
Because of Ms. Rinck's connection to the business community, Rinck Law Office, PLLC often concentrates in business related law by helping companies become properly formed, assisting businesses and corporations with their trademark applications and portfolios, assisting in privacy matters, consulting in blockchain, as well as due diligence in funding initiatives, such as Regulation D, Regulation A, and crowdfunding.
